Warren County VINE Arrest Coverage
Kentucky runs VINE as its official custody notification service. It covers local jails, adult correctional institutions, and some juvenile facilities. The Kentucky Attorney General's VINE program page names VINELink and a statewide phone line as the official access routes. The Warren County Sheriff's Office links to VINE from its own site. That makes VINE a sound first stop for a Warren County custody record.
One limit deserves mention. No public source gives Warren County Regional Jail a participation flag, feed address, or sync schedule. Statewide VINE may still return a county booking record. A live match tied to the jail shows custody status at that moment. A blank result doesn't mean no arrest. Treat VINE as a check, not a full roster.
The details matter. The state VINE deployment page explains Kentucky's local-jail coverage and phone notification features.

State guidance sets the program's scope. The live result still has to match the right Warren County person and the right facility before it means anything.
Check a Warren County Arrest
Start with enough detail to separate people who share a name. VINELink takes a partial or exact name. It may also accept an offender, jail, or Department of Corrections identifier. Search Kentucky first. Then read the facility and identifier on the result instead of grabbing the first similar name. Jail and DOC records can overlap for one person.
- Open VINELink and select Kentucky.
- Choose the offender or custody search.
- Enter a partial or exact name, or use the relevant ID when known.
- Compare all matches, including the displayed facility and record type.
- Open the record that fits Warren County Regional Jail or the correct Kentucky institution.
- Record the status and time checked, then verify an urgent release question with the facility.
The VINELink search interface starts with state selection before the person search.

State selection matters. The same name can surface in unrelated places or in more than one custody system.
Warren County Custody Result Fields
A VINELink result is a status and notification record. Fields vary. Kentucky says the service can show current status or release information plus the holding jail's address and phone number. Read each label as written, and never fill a blank field with a guess.
| Result field | What it can establish |
|---|---|
| Name and identifier | Helps distinguish one record from another similar match. |
| Custody status | Shows the current status reported to VINE, subject to data lag. |
| Facility | Identifies the jail or state institution tied to that record. |
| Facility contact | Provides an address or phone route when available for direct verification. |
| Release or status event | May reflect a reported release, transfer, escape, or sentence change. |
| Notification option | Allows registration when “Notify Me of Status Changes” is offered. |
VINELink does not offer a full Warren County booking-photo history. That is not the tool's purpose. It reports custody. Booking photos live in the county jail record instead.
Warren Arrest and Custody Stages
Each official channel answers a different question. The Warren County JailTracker roster covers current or recent public jail custody. A fresh intake may not sync yet. After release, a person can drop off the public roster. The booking record still exists elsewhere. A transfer shifts the useful search to a new custodian.
| Stage | Best official check |
|---|---|
| Just booked | Warren County Regional Jail and JailTracker, with direct jail verification if no entry appears. |
| Held locally | JailTracker for the public profile, then VINELink for a matching alert option. |
| Released or transferred | VINELink for a reported change, followed by the listed facility or jail records channel. |
| Sentenced to state custody | Kentucky Online Offender Lookup and a separate DOC record in VINELink, if returned. |
| Court outcome | Kentucky Court of Justice dockets and the Warren County Circuit Court Clerk. |
Booking data and court data are separate records. A VINE event reports custody, not a case outcome. The hearing calendar lives in the court file. The Warren County recent arrest resources walk through the roster, booking-record, and court paths in more depth.
Register for Warren Custody Alerts
Registration starts from the correct VINELink record. Kentucky DOC describes it as anonymous. The user picks “Notify Me of Status Changes,” enters contact details, selects the available notice options, and follows the prompts. Someone with both a local jail record and a DOC record may need to register twice.
- Confirm the person's name, identifier, record type, and facility.
- Select “Notify Me of Status Changes” on the matching record.
- Add the requested phone or email contact details.
- Choose the available custody-change notices.
- Create or enter the four-digit PIN when prompted.
- Finish registration and retain the details needed to edit it later.
The VINELink notification route shows the registration flow that follows a permitted match.

Keep each alert tied to the right record, since local-jail and Kentucky DOC entries can both exist.
How Kentucky VINE Calls Work
Kentucky VINE allows two phone numbers. A four-digit PIN stops the automated calls. For a jail release, the Attorney General says calls go out every 30 minutes for 24 hours, or until someone acknowledges them. That rhythm is an alert rule. It says nothing about how often Warren County JailTracker updates. Nor does it promise that every local arrest creates a VINE event.
State institutions run on a different clock. Release notice from a Kentucky adult correctional institution can arrive up to 72 hours early. Escape, release, or sentence changes trigger other notices. That early window does not mean a Warren County jail booking shows up 72 hours ahead. The statewide line is (800) 511-1670. Live operators handle English and Spanish.
Warren Court Alerts Are Separate
Warren County keeps court notices on a separate track from custody notices. The County Attorney publishes its own Stay Notified instructions, and the steps are straightforward. You pick Kentucky first. Then you search for the court case by defendant name or case number. Select VINE and choose notification changes from there. Phone or email details come next, and a confirmation finishes the signup.
That subscription is not a jail subscription. One path tracks movement in the correctional record. The other tracks events in the court case. Anyone who wants both kinds of alerts in Warren County should register each record on its own. To change an existing registration later, "Edit Your Registration" is the Kentucky DOC route.
Verify Warren County Arrest Status
A fresh arrest may not show up right away. A blank result can mean many things: a misspelled name, an alias, a release, a transfer, or a record that is restricted. Custody could also sit with another agency entirely. For a direct answer, check the Warren County Regional Jail and its linked JailTracker roster. If two systems disagree, call WCRJ at (270) 843-4606. The county's Arrested Today page walks through the same-day check step by step.
Neither VINE nor JailTracker reaches federal custody. The Federal Bureau of Prisons locator handles federal inmates, not a Warren County jail booking. Immigration detention has its own tool, the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, which covers current ICE custody or qualifying recent federal immigration holds. A detainer is simply another authority's custody request. It says nothing about a federal charge or a final immigration outcome.
